Loyal customer to Kroger on Telephone Rd in Houston, Texas and finally fed up with pricing issues and store mgr John Stone horrible attitude. I told him repeated price issues and no one cares. He said “you are right, we don’t care, so, bye bye!!”

His attitude flows right down to all the employees.

Pricing in computer or out of date signage is a constant issue in this store. Constantly see other customers with same issues.

Most are in a hurry and just pay wrong price and never notice.

I asked for the Corp ph number and he told me 800-2Kroger which is number for employer issues like pension, etc.

Gotta move to HEB or another of 75-100 grocery stores in Houston, Texas. They always want to make the customer feel like they are just trouble makers. I just want to get the sale price that’s posted or an explanation if incorrect and leave. Is that too much to ask from Kroger?

They act like it is.

The best thing to do is to send a letter to the Regional office for the Houston, Texas location.That information is found on their website.
