Today, 08-20-16, I went to Kroger Graceland instead of going my normal day, Sunday. I like this Kroger because I never have a problem with the public or employees. Today I had a problem with an employee by the name of John Newland. I had been on a strict physician's diet from May til about the middle of July and had no previous problem getting 4 ounces of fish. Every person behind the counter before has been not only nice, but funny, until... Read more

I called Krogers at 1045 Hill Rd in Columbus, Ohio one week before my party to place an order. The order was to be picked up June 21st. The young man I spoke with did not seem to be familiar with taking orders, so I called back to be sure the order was correct. I wanted to be sure they made tea sandwiches and that they understood what I wanted. When I came to Pick up the trays one tray had tea sandwiches and one tray had half sandwiches. When I... On 31 January, 2013 I filled my car's tank with Regular (87 octane) fuel at the Columbus, OH Bethel Road Kroger fuel station. Then I went on a 280 mile trip, and I found that my gasoline consumption was about 10% to 15% more. I wonder whether your stations are dispensing "85" gasoline (15% ethanol) instead of 100% gasoline. (I hear that this is being done by others in some states.) Please advise which Kroger stations are doing that so I can... Read more

The Produce of each Kroger stores are in short, lacking of quality. I found the same types of produce at the local Giant Eagle, for close to the same price, and the quality was more obvious just by looking at them. I spent hard earned money at the Kroger on Cemetary Rd, just to have to throw it away that same day, or the day after because it had rotted that soon. Some things, within a couple hour of purchase was found to be bad. On occasion,... Read more

Kroger at Eastpointe Ridge in Columbus, Ohio treats my family members and me as if we're criminals. The store is right next to our apartment complex, so it's easier to walk to the store rather than drive. I can get anything from food, to greeting cards, to toys for my 7-year-old. Needless to say, a lot of money is spent at this store. I take a cute little cart so I can easily wheel my groceries home. Normally when we go there, the off duty... Read more

Seriously, who all finds it annoying that Kroger sticks so many plastic donation receptacles to the little ledge that is intended for customers to put the wallet or checkbook on as they are paying? It is impossible to use it as intended! I always complain and always hear that "a lot of customers complain about it". So, why then does the company not change it?? Have a dedicated "donation slot" or something and leave the little 6'x12" customer... Read more

I purchased montgomery ribs on 5/30/12 for a picnic. The package had no expir. date and I questioned the clerk. He told me that the ribs are fresh and not to worry. Upon trying to heat the ribs I noticed a smell of spoilage. I contacted the meat dept. and the clerk removed all othe Montg. Ribs from the case as I was there. On 7/3/12 I did my shopping. In passing the Montg. Ribs, I picked one out to check again for a date. No date. I slid... Read more

Kroger advertised a promotion that for every $100 you spend on groceries, you got $10 to spend in the Kroger Marketplace. My sister went to go redeem $70 racked up on my mom's card, and spent an hour shopping before being told that she had no points on the card. She had the receipt with the point amount, as well as the card that went with the receipt, yet they said the points had been redeemed already. Cashier didn't know what to do,... Read more
