I've noticed a few times I ran out of my prescription early. Now i count them when I get home and i was short. I was short 3 abilIfy and 7 of my clonazepam. I called them when I got home but they argued that it was counted right. I told them if this happens again I'm going elsewhere for my script. I have a friend that this also happened to at the same pharmacy main St weirton.

He is the rudest man, mom died they are not having a service till Saturday been off for 9 days no other person at the store gets a day off. So unfair someone needs to open their eyes and see what he is doing. He is off more than there, he was to order thing special for me and he never called me or anything that's real bad service. There's other store that will start getting my money. I know they only get so many hours or days, the store manager... Read more

I been using kroger pharmacy for years....within the past year service has gone way down hill. Incident #1- the pharmacy arbitrarily auto filled old prescriptions from Drs we no longer see. Incident #2 -the pharmacy had another persons meds in with my order and tried to give it to me. Incident #3- they have been filling meds that I now find out are over the appropriate strength ....(I also have to take the dr office to task for that). Over... Read more

In the past, overall, I have had a good costumer experience whenever shopping at this particular kroger store. However, this picturesque picture of good customer service and good customer experience was dismantled in a folly and disturbing situation during my last visit... This store is the closest to my house. It closes (at this time) at 1am. It turned out that it was an extremely cold winter night (about 7F) so the store was rather empty. I... Read more

Dallas, TX Mockingbird/Greenville. Employee "Durenda" arguing with customer regarding giving customer bag to employee before ringing up items. Customer apologized. Her haughty attitude spilled over to requesting to see customer driver's license (even though information was already written on the check). Customer again complied. Further comment by employee stating "how do I know if this isn't a "hot" check? Customer replied, "It isn't". Employee... Read more

Kroger in Martinsville, Va. For the last few months the manager Ray Bragg has been on sick leave. I would like to say while I hate to see anyone sick the morale in that store is so much better under the leadership of Assistant Manager Chris Porter. The employees are happier and when I shop there as I do 2 to 3 times a week the store is very busy. He is a very pleasant person and very much a people person. I hope he gets moved up the chain. I had to have someone come over 3 times because wrong prices the last time the employee kept repeating scanning item then deleting it trying to get the right price to enter finally i told her this was more hassle than its worth and left so i will have to take my family out for breakfast in the morning. to note while i... I have been thinking about so here it is..i went into my kroges last week to get a chuck roast for around 12.00 dollars.. then this week i go to get another roast..thought it would be good since it was buy one get one free. T losest price was 24-25 dollars for one. It is not buy one get of free. This is false advertisement. Krogers is taking what people can afford..shame on you
