User's recommendation: Think twice about buying King crab legs at Krogers.
Don't know where to put an update on this site (please make it more clear). In any case it has been a month now and I have heard nothing from Kroger, no apology, no response whatsoever and certainly no refund. Typical, businesses no longer care about how they treat their customers.
