Cannot get my account to open albeit open for many years!!., and no Kroger employee has been able to correct the problem!!

Cannot open my account to clip products for purchase and no one at Kroger can correct the issue and its impossible to reach Kroger on the phone to get the problem fixed!!

Not getting my refund

My first time order on Feburary 7th did not get delivered to me. I contacted custumer service and she said I would be refunded. She gave me a case number which is 5412**** and told me the money would be in my bank in 5 to 7 working days. I called Fred Meyer the other day and they told me this was impossible because they don't do deliveries only pick-ups. The order was placed through the Fred Meyers in Burien. I think they delivered it through instacart. The order came to $ 46.53. Please see what you can do to get my refund. Thank you for your time. Sallie Farafontoff 206-251-****

Upset

On Dec 4,2022 I wrote a check for $16.99 Kroger alter my check to $45.07. I complained they a cashier explain to me what happened. She said it's been taken care of, and gave me a paper saying they refunded it. Call bank it was not refunded to my account, bank investigate and find Kroger lied, contact BBB and attorney general office they did nothing. And bank gave me back the money Kroger stole.

User's recommendation: Don't trust Kroger with your checks.

Having to buy x number of products to get discounts, not being able to get digital deals unless an iPhone is available. Dont approve of self checkout. With prices going up every other day I dont feel that I should have to check my self out!

Good Day, Yesterday, Friday February 10th 2023 I purchased King Crab legs at the Nicholasville KY Kroger. I was so excited to finally see them being carried again. I bought them home and warmed them up and with excited anticipation cut the first leg open and there was only a very tiny portion of meat and it did not get much better with the rest of that leg. Then to be further disappointed the second leg was even worse. As if that were not bad enough they did not taste at all fresh. This was a huge, huge disappointment.

User's recommendation: Think twice about buying King crab legs at Krogers.

Don't know where to put an update on this site (please make it more clear). In any case it has been a month now and I have heard nothing from Kroger, no apology, no response whatsoever and certainly no refund. Typical, businesses no longer care about how they treat their customers.
