Over charged for pizza;

Went to customer service lady name Constance;would not listen just kept saying it was right ; come back after 12 ; to talk to manager; came back after 12 retuned pizza for 11 :97 went to another kroger bought same 3 pizza rang 3 for 10 plus the coupon came to 8:82 total ; clearly the lady was rude and doesnt know job: very poor service she would not listen to me; I think Ill shop at the other krogers from now on!

User's recommendation: Always check receipt; customer are not always right in krogers.

Pickup NEVER has items

I cancelled one order because half of it was unable to fulfill. Next order many items not available with ridiculous substitutions offered. Walked in the store, all were on the shelf? Walmart it is going forward, where I rarely have an item not available.

User's recommendation: Danville, Ky pickup is an absolute joke.

Complaint

Maybe it's fixed by now but for two weeks I tried to buy ice cream. The first week the icecream was kinda soft and I reported that to the front desk and continued shopping. A week later the ice creams was almost melted and a SALE price of $ 1.77 was marked on the Kroger brand. I think think this

Missing items in a pickup order

I was charged with several things we didnt get in a pickup order yesterday at Kroger on Plaza Ave Memphis. I want credit or refund. In the same order the delivery person tried to give me sacks I had not ordered; I was watching and stopped that.

Complaint on manager

The disagreement was over me entering my ebt number without my card. She said i couldnt.i mentioned her helping someone else and about how i did it at other stores.it wasnt about her answer. It was her approach,demeanor and being very unprofessional..yelling and screaming and causing a scene then lying to the cop who heard everything by saying i cursed her... Then the other female manager ignored my complaint and took her side. She have me some comparison to if er body jump off a bridge will i? Sumn like that. You must present the actual card. I have never heard of or seen anyone try to just enter the numbers without said card in their possession. I have heard some stores will even match the ebt card with I.D.

There's reason they issue cards. Stop blaming the manager when you were wrong. They should report you to the state and have your card suspended.

Disaster at Frisco Management needs to be fired

Waiting for management to call me back as to why my order was lost yet I had to wait 1.5 hours to be told that in the pickup area?

Delivery that I don't receive

I was Email that my order was out for delivery I never received it I called all the stores and get no results iit was delivered from the store in Horn Lake Ms I called there And they said that they dont do delivery and $49.00 is a lot of money to lose

The kid told you what has to happen, you "insisted" like a o l d D Bag and were put in your place. First of all, no one cares about your age. It's a lame way to pad your lame complaint. Secondly, I'm guessing you've been doing this for the past forever.

Well, that time has passed, it's over. You don't get to act any way you want without fear of retaliation. You got lucky.

You never know what someone is going through the day you decided to go into your act. You could pull the pin.

Employee's that show their *** and cuss out loyal customers in full view of other customers should not be representing a Corporation like Kroger. I want my credit due and a phone call from corporate. Lucy needs tone fired for her actions.

Treats Employees Terribly

I knew some people who worked at Kroger on West Rd and they hated it there. The manager (Will) targeted one of my friends' sister SPECIFICALLY and gave her *** He continuously watches her ONLY through the cameras and then decides to make her look like the bad guy. She's the main person who is friendly and talks with her customers, but all he sees is disrespect and makes things up just so HE doesn't look bad. He should be fired for the fact that 3 of my friends are quitting mostly because of him and that I highly recommend anyone who tries to apply there might as well transfer somewhere else.

User's recommendation: I recommend future customers to go to a different location if you don't want to be a part of a bad environment.

Not happy with you all

I am just so tired of my delivery orders messed up it messes up my checking account also I know my bank took care of 6 NSF charges but what balance I had was tied up until problem resolved
