I have tried to report a customer complaint 7 times.4 through online & 3 over the phone.

I'm not going to fully go into details because I keep specifically trying to contact someone by typing a long message, and they end up not going through. I have driven to a total of 5 surrounding Krogers in my location trying to use a $4.25 off coupon that you have sent to me twice in the mail and your stores no longer carry the crab legs. Why do you keep sending me these coupons and not have the item avaliable in the stores. Huge inconvience, waste of my time, and waste of my gas.

I would like an answer.
