I have shopped at Kroger on Johnson st in Elkhart Indiana for over 30 years and had my prescriptions there for the same amount of time and today I was treated so rude and badly. The manager told me to leave the store. I went to the store last night and bought 90.00 worth of groceries. I thought the amount was a little off so I checked my receipt. They overcharged me for a ham that I purchased. it was marked down to 10.49 and charged me the full...

Today, shopped at Kroger #378 (Fry Road,Katy Texas) Pepsis advertised 24 packs for $4.99..Must buy 2...NOT IN STOCK. Stocked pepsis (12 packs) were 3 for $12. Not such a good deal on the STOCKED items..huh?? Talked to clerk.."If 24 packs were $4.99, 2- 12packs should be the same price, Right?? Blank stare (I know folks..it's rocket science 24=2X12) Asked for manager, stood near the checkout for 30 MINUTES, no manager in sight. This is 3rd time...

When is Kroger going to do something about the deli/bakery dept. head in the Martinsville, Va. store.? She is rude and obnoxious to her employees which takes their attention away from the customers. I shop there a lot as I consider it my Kroger but it is cruel to see and hear the things she says. Norma in the bakery is one of the nicest ladies you would ever want to meet and is working every time I see her and Barbara talks to her like a...

Kroger Manager Review

The Kroger store in Martinsville, Va. has an employee that needs an attitude adjustment. Barbara Minter the deli/bakery dept. supervisor is very rude. She will not help the customers. If you ask her a question she sends you to someone else. She is always standing around with her hand on her hip and a soda in her hand and she talks to her employees very ugly. Why is she allowed to be so rude???

Security company that works for Food4Less in Chicks Vista, CA (by Palomar Trolley Station) AND the Night store manager are working together to harass customers. Nothing was done when I complained to manager and no incident report was filed. I had to go to emergency care due to the threatening intimidation of getting me after work in parking lot.

They never have the free Friday download and the manager at the store in millington tn treats you like your ***. It's a very small store and now they have to make room for wine. So something else has to go. This is the worst Kroger ever. Customer service wise and just in general!

He is the rudest man, mom died they are not having a service till Saturday been off for 9 days no other person at the store gets a day off.So unfair someone needs to open their eyes and see what he is doing. He is off more than there, he was to order thing special for me and he never called me or anything that's real bad service. There's other store that will start getting my money. I know they only get so many hours or days, the store manager...

Kroger in Martinsville, Va. For the last few months the manager Ray Bragg has been on sick leave. I would like to say while I hate to see anyone sick the morale in that store is so much better under the leadership of Assistant Manager Chris Porter. The employees are happier and when I shop there as I do 2 to 3 times a week the store is very busy. He is a very pleasant person and very much a people person. I hope he gets moved up the chain. .

Anonymous I agree! Employees are in much better spirits and Mr. Porter has helped me many times as I shopped at my Kroger store. He is very nice!

With Kroger that’s not so much the case. I had a miscarriage on the job. Yeap, I wasn’t sent home even though I asked. No one stopped to ask if I was okay. So as soon as I come in to start my shift I had to go to the bathroom because I thought I was on my cycle. However, I kept going back and forth about every 15 minutes. I ask my manager to come to the bathroom with me she said “No! I don’t have to go.” Went to another manager who referred me...

Disrespectful Kroger Management Management prefers the employees that call in, come to work late, and don't do their job whenever they decide to show up. The lazy employees are given more hours than the people like myself who actually work. When you tell the union, they get the situation straightened out. This is only temporary, because if you are not watchful management will mess over you again and again. I told a store manager about the...

Hi, I used to work at a Kroger in Texas, but I ended up quiting do to abuse from Management. For the first four months everything was okay. I had inconsistent hours and was at Kroger's beck and call at all times, but I was okay with all this till one day. For the first time ever I was given a itemized list of take to complete. 7 task in seven hours. This sounds reasonable on paper and it was what Management focused on, but the task themselves...

shari I could see this happening. I think Kroger looks for abusing and power control people for the management.

common items like cane sugar rootbeer and shiner bock are constantly missing from shelves. Jacob and randy also need to do a better job of training cashiers, managers. having rude people like colton refusing honest service drives paying customers away. we are also pharmacy customers with insurance. Kroger gets a nice chunk of change from our insurance company for medicine. colton has put that business at risk of leaving. an untrained cashier...
