Do not recommend | Kroger

Pharmacy is ridiculous! I called about my refills &;; was told that due to the pharmacy being "short staffed" my medicine will not be ready until Saturday! The pharmacy ALWAYS has an excuse as to why medicine isn't ready on time. The customer line is extremely long & I've never been inside without seeing staff packed in pharmacy area. Infact I assumed this is why prescriptions are rarely filled on time. Today is Thursday ,& it was 9:00 AM when I called the store. As a retired nurse, this type of waiting\ service is unacceptable.

the kroger in warwood wv is just a sad store. it never has items stocked, i am talking just regular everyday items. when it comes to sale items it is even worse. keith needs to be retrained or someone else take it over. they put pop on sale 2 for 5 then only carry one.

While I’m sure you think you know what you’re talking about, trust me you don’t. I’ve had it happen to me and when I say embarrassing I mean embarrassing.

See it all comes off when they hit the sub total button. That’s when all sale prices actually affect the total. It really depends on what mode the register is in. In one mode it just scans and then they sub total.

In another mode it will apply the sale price on each successful scan. As for coupons, you can’t expect every coupon you present is going to be taken by them. With the advances in technology it’s quite easy for someone to not just print coupons from the web but to also alter those coupons. Some scan some do not.

Sometimes the coupon you present doesn’t work because you didn’t do/buy/apply some condition for using the coupon. Sometimes it’s as simple as not buying the correct quantity or size. You wish to assign a evil motive to a cashier who is literally stuck in that spot for eight hours. They dont get to roam the store as you do.

If they are lucky they might get a chance to read the flyer on their break. The certainly don’t get much time between people. My point is you’re over reacting and assigning motives that just are not there. They are timed and get punished when ppl like you start your routine.

Maybe have a little patience. They are there to serve but they are not your servants. It’s all done on a computer and the cashier has literally nothing to do with it. If you think something didn’t scan correctly say something but try and be nice about it.

If a coupon didn’t scan then make sure you read it fully. Many times it’s your ignorance and impatience that is the real issue. Being ignorant is fine but it causes you to lash out. Stop making ASSumptions about the human in front of you.

If you haven’t done the job you really have no place to judge them.

Your acting out on preconceived notions of that persons abilities and you’re punishing them for not living up to your preconceived notions. Really petty and small of you.

I think that they should have just given you your money back, since they were at fault for having expired merchandise on the shelves. After it had been expired for that long, it was virtually worthless.

So they owed you your money back. Now they could have given you another drink in addition to giving you your money back, which would have been a great way to keep you as a customer and keep you liking Starbucks.But no, they had to be a ninny about the whole thing.

Since you want the Kroger to propose a solution, why did you Not just Send their Corporate Headquarters a letter detailing your complaint? Corporate Headquarters Made this decision, and I Doubt that Corporate Reads complaints on this website.
