Kroger - Gift card
bought a gift card for my daughter, oct.6th or 7th only 25.00 when I checked my bank account the next day was charged twice. when the gentleman rang it up he just put it in the bag when I asked him what he charged on it as it was open he pulled it back out of the bag and rang it up...like I said when I checked my bank account I seen I was charged 25.00 twice.....so far no problem went to the customer service counter showed them my phone lady looked at it asked another person what to do and she said cant do anything because its pending come back when it clears because it will probably go off....so waited a day or two longer and they both went through my account, so went back to customer service counter with phone...new lady there says nothing she can do so I asked for a manager when she showed up showed her my phone and told story she told me first that I must have bought two cards when I said not the case she insisted that they were different numbers so I must have I felt like she was accusing me of being a thief and that was her attitude I told her I spend 300.00 a week there and she was going to lose a customer because of her attitude and accusations she said have a nice day......my customer is 4 32277 ****8 2 if you look up my number you will see the amount I spend a week......now I am a HEB customer I have to drive a lot farther but they are building one right by my house don't know if you care but wanted to get off my chest......
