Today, 11/09/2017 I called Kroger Pharmacy at Alps Rd. and spoke with Nikki Schley.

She was rude and hateful. the Gastroenterologist that treats my Crohn's disease had called it a prescription for Ranitidine 150mg capsules and I hadn't heard from Kroger yet letting me know that it was ready. I called the pharmacy and Nikki Schley was the associate that answered the call. I was floored by her insensitive, I don't care attitude.

If she had been a well trained employee that enjoyed her job, it would not have happened. When I asked what had happened to that particular pharmacy and the lack of wanting to give customer service. She said "I don't know what you are implying but Express Scripts shipped this prescription 6 days ago so this has nothing to do with Kroger this is between you and your insurance and your doctor. I was devastated that she spoke to me in that tone using those works.

She made me never want to use another Kroger Pharmacy and she should be reprimanded. She should be either fired or transferred to another state.

As I said, I have Crohn's Disease and Ranitidine is a very important part of the daily therapy. A pharmacy associate like Nikki Schley that is so cold and so callous to the struggles of the average person, she has no business at all working with the public.

Reason of review: Poor customer service.

Preferred solution: Let the company propose a solution.

If a mail order pharmacy process a prescription, there is very little the retail pharmacy can do. You should be more upset your doctor sent the script to multiple pharmacies, one of which takes over a week to deliver your prescription.

OP:

Exactly what did you want Nikki Schley to do about this?

Exactly what should Nikki Schley have told you?

Exactly what do you want the pharmacy to do about this?

Exactly what do you want Kroger to do about this?

This is what you posted in your complaint... She should be either fired or transferred to another state...

So which state should Nikki move to? And what if Nikki cannot afford to move to another state? You do realize that it costs money to move to another state, correct? You do realize that there are expenses regarding moving to another state, correct?

So how in the world do you expect Nikki to just move to another state because you are not happy with her customer service skills?

And it is up to Kroger company policy regarding Nikki being fired. I really do not think that Kroger will tell Nikki to move to another state just because one customer is not happy with her customer service skills.
