Kroger - Buy one get one free not honored - service center rude
Today I purchased a buy-one-get one free item at the Kroger on FM2920 a5 Kuykendahl in Spring, Tx. Realizing that I had been charged full price upon placing the items in the car I went back inside to the service counter where I was met by someone so rude it unbelievable.
Not to just me, I witnessed several of her comments to customers before she got to me and then it was and order that I go get the items out of my car, my picture of the price on my iPhone was not good enough, so I complied and waited in line again only to be told the item would need to have an item check and again I said here is the picture of the cost as it is displayed. Again, no way and wait until someone could come and go get the sale sticker. Wait wait wait and then this is the 4oz. and I said no, here is a picture of the 4 oz sale as well - again buy one and get one ..
by that time I'd had it and said return my money. I had just purchased the items over at another Kroger just down the road but wanted more so I went to the 2920 store.
NEVER again. Rude people, rude service.

The sign said you get the sale if you had a Kroger card and did you have said card? Probably not so please just shut up and quit being a big baby
I have no problem with them checking but to then deny the sales price is absurd. I left that store and went to another Kroger and they were more than happy to honor their prices and they were not rude.
An employee has to physically look at the sign to make sure that everything is correct.I had a customer tell me that a case of coke was $4.99.The sign stated that you had to buy 2 of them to get the sale price. So yes, an employee has to physically look at the sign.
