I went shopping at Krogers in Bevercreek Ohio. I had 7-8 items in my cart. As I approached the checkout, an employee of Krogers walks to the entry of the checkout and tells me to go to #3 for small orders. I asked why, since the person in line is paying and I can get this done fast. She motions another lady to get into the line that has a fuller cart, and said she wanted her to use that register since she had more, and I can go over to #3... Read more

The I-wireless policy regarding your expiration date on your prepaid airtime is to subtract any time you have left when you add additional airtime. Any unused minutes will roll over but not expiration time forcing you to either use them or let them pile up. I contacted I-wireless regarding this and they politely explained to me that this information is on the back of airtime cards. They could not however explain to me why this information is not... I have shopped at Kroger since my childhood and I am 62. The store at 12726 Jefferson Davis Highway, Chester, Va. is a disgrace to Kroger. Not a friendly employee including management in the store. We purchased Pepsi Products which were on the Computer for 4/11.00. They rang up 3.99 so we went to the service desk to question the price and get the difference. Jan was the cashier and she said " I can't just change a price for you". We... Read more

Some of the employees at the Kroger store located at Pleasant Hill & Peachtree Industrial do not understand english at all. I simply asked where drinking straws were and the little foriegn dude said on isle 3 or 4. He had no clue, I figured this out after searching for the straws and could not find them. I had a buggy full of groceries so the cart was really heavy. I informed a manager and he went and got the straws for me which were at the... Read more

I went to return an item that I had purchased a few days prior, that I found at another store for a fraction of what I paid at Kroger. Basically I could have gotten 3 of the same item at another store. I called that day letting them know I wanted to to take back the case of drinks I bought I had my receipt but didn't have my debit card. I was told it would not be a problem. When I arrived, this ghetto chick didn't even acknowledge me... Read more

During 2010, every few weeks I buy chicken at Kroger in North Durham, NC. Every time, it has an off taste and I get violently ill. The brand is usually Tyson. In addition, the packaged salads, no matter what brand are usually of bad quality. Just opening the bag upon getting home, all of the lettuce mixtures have strange, chemical smells. I end up throwing most of that out. Fresh produce: Generally at least 30 to 40 percent rotten when get it... Read more

I have been shopping at Kroger for over 40 years. I do not want to be ask if I am trying to steal anything from the store that is on the bottom of the cart. Management needs to get their act together and make their customers feel good about their shopping experience. Some Kroger stores have mirrors, some have scanners, and apparently none of them work, because cashiers still ask the question. Are the Kroger managers ask if they have anything... Read more

I've been told by a naturalist that the hard tablets can be harmful to your liver. Your liver can literally take several minutes to break down the tablet.Your liver regards it a poision substance. You should consider buying softgel vitamins as I did. Much more expensive. It's worth saving your liver from further abuse. Buy from Food City or Walgreens. Never buy pills from Walmart or Kroger. The liver is the most important part of your body.... Read more
