Kroger 50 fuel points survey is not working and there is no information out here to help consumers.Since December, Kroger has been printing out receipts for customers to earn 50 points for taking a survey.

When you go to the website and fill out the misleading survey, it does not take you to the correct page to enter your loyalty number. This is false advertising and Kroger should be ashamed of their lying company. If too many people are getting a lot of points then they should stop advertising for our feedback. Very unhappy consumer.

Poor customer service on all levels.None of the phone numbers work either.
